Does Village Hope Church and it's volunteers have your consent to administer basic first aid (i.e. band-aids) if a need arises with your child while attending Kids Camp? You will be notified by phone call if you are not present and this need arises. Lastly, does Village Hope Church have your consent to photograph and take videos of your child during Kids Camp?
